Ask it in chat.
It comes back done.
Mahadrone lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams as your company's front door. It answers questions, books rooms, pulls reports, drafts summaries, and routes everything else to the right internal tool, so nobody has to hunt for who or where to ask.
Small requests take the long way round.
Most companies have the tools. What they lack is one place to ask. So a two-minute request turns into a tour of channels, portals, and people.
Without a front door
5 stops, 1 requestWith Mahadrone
1 stop, done01
Finding the right door takes longer than the task.
Employees lose time just working out which tool, team, or person handles a simple request before any work happens.
02
Every small task has its own login and its own process.
Booking a room, pulling a number, and applying for leave each live in a different system with a different way of doing things.
03
The same questions get answered again and again.
Policy and process questions are asked in chat every week and answered by whoever happens to see them, often from memory.
One request, four stops, one thread.
Every request follows the same loop. It leaves the chat, reaches the right tool, and comes back with the result and a record.
- 1
Ask
Type a request in Slack or Teams in plain language, the way you would ask a colleague.
VNCan someone share the Q3 vendor list?
- 2
Route
Mahadrone works out which tool or knowledge source can handle it. Nobody needs to know where things live.

Do
It answers, or it performs the task in the connected tool, using the requester's own permissions.
- Search Procurement folder
- Found Q3 Vendor List
- Create view-only link
- 4
Confirm
The result comes back in the same thread, with a record of exactly what was done.
Here is the Q3 Vendor List, shared with view access.

Not a chatbot. A front desk that gets things done.
Four capabilities work together on every request, so an answer and an action come from the same place.
Question answering
Answers company questions from connected knowledge and shows the source, so people can trust the answer and check it.
“How many days of notice do I need for leave?”
Annual leave needs at least 7 days' notice, approved by your manager.
Task execution
Performs simple, defined actions in connected tools: room bookings, report pulls, summary drafts, leave requests, and IT tickets.
Cross-tool routing
Works out which internal system a request belongs to. Employees ask once, in one place, and never need to know where something lives.
Permission-aware
Only does what the person asking is already allowed to do.
Outside your access
Payroll exports are limited to Finance. I can request access for you.
Search tools answer. Task bots do one job. Mahadrone does both, across many tools.
A knowledge search tool stops at the answer. A single-task agent handles one workflow well and nothing else. Mahadrone is the front door in front of all of it: it answers, it acts, and it knows where to send everything.
| Capability | Knowledge search | Single-task bot | Mahadrone |
|---|---|---|---|
| Answers questions from company knowledge | Yes | No | Yes |
| Shows the source behind each answer | Yes | No | Yes |
| Performs actions inside connected tools | No | Yes | Yes |

| Acts only within the requester's own access | Varies | Varies | Yes |
| Lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams | Varies | Varies | Yes |
No new app to learn. It lives in the chat you already use.
Add Mahadrone to your workspace once. Employees message it directly or mention it in a channel, and it behaves the way each place expects.
Direct messages
Private requests stay private. Leave balances, personal reports, and anything tied to one person are handled one to one.
How much leave do I have left?
You have 9 days of annual leave remaining this year.
Channels
Mention it in a team channel and it replies in the thread, so the whole team sees the answer once instead of asking again next week.
facilities
@Mahadrone is parking open on Saturday?
Yes, 9 AM to 6 PM. Source: Facilities Guide, weekend access.
One side gets fewer interruptions. The other gets control.
Operations teams
Routine requests get handled automatically instead of landing in your inbox. Your team spends its day on the work that actually needs a person.
- Room, desk, and meeting requests handled end to end
- Repeat policy questions answered with the source
- Anything unusual routed to the right owner
IT & Admin
One governed front door to internal tools. You decide what the assistant can do, for whom, and you can see every action it took.
- Role-based limits on actions and tools
- Every request and action in one audit trail
- Scoped connections, revocable at any time
It can only do what the person asking can do.
Mahadrone never becomes a shortcut around access controls. Every action runs within the requesting employee's own permissions, and every request is written to an audit trail your admins can review.

The declined request was outside the requester's access. Mahadrone explained why and offered to request access instead.

Is Mahadrone a separate app employees have to open?+
No. It is added to your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. Employees message it directly or mention it in a channel, the same way they would message a colleague.
What happens when it cannot do something?+
It says so plainly. If a request needs a person, it routes it to the right owner or tells the employee who handles it. If the request is outside the employee's access, it explains that and can offer to request access.
Can it do things an employee is not allowed to do?+
No. Every action runs within the requesting employee's existing permissions in the connected tool. Mahadrone does not grant anyone new access.
Which tools can it connect to?+
Calendar, reporting, document, HR, and IT desk systems, plus your knowledge sources such as handbooks and wikis. Each connection is scoped by an admin and can be revoked at any time.
Where can admins see what it did?+
Every request, the tool it was routed to, the action taken, and the result are written to an audit trail in the admin console.
