Connected to the tools
you already run.
Mahadrone does not replace your calendar, reporting, document, or HR systems. It connects to them, so a request typed in chat can reach the system that handles it.

How a connection is made.
Each connection is authorised by an admin of that tool, through the tool's own approval screen where one exists. You see exactly what is being requested before anything is granted.
- 1
Choose the tool in the admin console
Pick from the connection types your plan includes.
- 2
Review the requested access
The scopes are listed in plain language before you approve.
- 3
Authorise with the tool's admin
Approval happens on the tool's side, under your existing admin account.
- 4
Narrow it further if you want
Limit folders, reports, rooms, or teams the connection can reach.
- 5
Switch on tasks
Turn on only the actions you want people to use through chat.
Per-person access
Actions run with the requester's own permissions in each tool, not a shared super account.
Visible scopes
The admin console shows what every connection can read and change, at any time.
Revocable in one step
Disconnect a tool and Mahadrone immediately stops routing requests to it.
Which specific products do you connect to?+
Connections are available for common calendar, document, reporting, HR, and IT desk products. Tell us what your company runs and we will confirm coverage before you commit.
Does connecting a tool give Mahadrone access to everything in it?+
No. Every connection is scoped, can be narrowed by an admin, and every action is still limited to the requesting employee's own access.
What happens if we disconnect a tool?+
Requests stop routing to it immediately. Employees asking for something from that tool are told it is not connected.
Can we start with just one tool?+
Yes. Many companies start with a knowledge source and their calendar, then add tools as they go.
Your first request is one message away.
