Do we need Slack or Microsoft Teams?+
Yes. Mahadrone lives inside your chat platform. You need a Slack workspace or a Microsoft Teams tenant, and an admin who can approve apps.
Which tool integrations are included?+
Every plan includes connections for common calendar, document, reporting, HR, IT desk, and knowledge systems, up to the plan's connected-tool limit. Enterprise can add custom connections.
What counts as a connected tool?+
Each system Mahadrone is authorised to reach, such as one calendar system or one HR system, counts as one connected tool.
What are the contract terms?+
Starter and Growth are subscription plans that can be cancelled for the next billing period. Enterprise terms are agreed with you, including annual agreements where needed.
Can we move between plans?+
Yes. You can move up at any time, and move down at the start of your next billing period.
